FAA Fines Hardware Company for Non-Compliant Hazmat Shipment
True Value Co., a Chicago, IL, based company, was recently fined $54,000 by the U.S. Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) for violating federal hazardous materials regulations for air transport. Japan’s “Big 3” ocean carriers – Kawasaki Kisen Kaisha (“K” Line), Nippon Yusen Kabushiki Kaisha (NYK), and Mitsui O.S.K.
